• • Participation is open to ALL RESIDENTS within the Stonecrest Subdivision. Let’s show St. Joe our holiday spirit!
  • Entry is free, and there are no registration fees.
  • SHA board members are not eligible to participate.
  • Entry Registration must be received no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, 12/5/2025. 2025 Stonecrest Holiday Light Decorating Contest Registration Form
  • Participants agree to have their address posted on the Stonecrest Homes Association Facebook page.  
  • Participants agree to have photos of their decorated residence exterior posted on the Stonecrest Homes Association Facebook page. 
  • Participants understand photos of their decorated residence exterior may be posted in other social media outlets and/or in local media publications or websites once they have been posted on the Stonecrest Homes Association Facebook page. 
  • Participants agree there will be no compensation of any kind for said posting(s) our publication(s). 
  • The contest is for exterior decorations visible from the street side of the residence. 
    • Decorations in windows that are visible from the exterior are included. 
    • Judging will be based solely on “curb appeal” as viewed from the street.
    • Corner lots will be judged from both streets. 
    • Judges will not enter the property to view the back or side yards. 
  • Judging will be performed by a panel of five judges, consisting of volunteers and SHA board members. 
    •  Judging will occur during  the hours of 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm between 12/13/2025 and 12/20/2025
    • Participants should ensure all lights & decorations are in place, fully functioning and on during the judging period.   
    • Judging will be based on the following criteria: creativity, uniqueness of display, consideration of holiday themes and overall appearance and joy of display. 
  • One winner from each category will be chosen and awarded a gift card.
    • Norman Rockwell (Classic, elegant and/or stunning) 
    • Over the Top  (Clark Griswold Style – eclectic, chaotic, and quirky) 
    • Inflatable Fun (The more the merrier)
    • Fun & Festive (No specific theme & no rhyme or reason)

• Winners will be announced on 12/22/2025 by 6:00 pm on the Stonecrest Homes Association Facebook page and by email.

• People’s Choice Award: The photos & addresses of all entries will be posted on the Stonecrest St. Joseph Facebook Page after 12/22/2025, where residents will be able to vote for their favorite entry.
